Haley Kuschman is responsible for helping clients design and evolve their holistic employee listening programs. Haley has experience as an internal HR practitioner in a few different capacities within employee and customer measurement, talent management, and performance management. In her current role, she is passionate about helping her clients create great work experiences for their employees through the utilization of employee feedback. Haley earned her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. She currently lives in Chicago and in her free time enjoys trying new restaurants and going to concerts and shows.
