We had the privilege of implementing the Qualtrics survey platform into Airbnb’s brand, a milestone achievement in our partnership. Leveraging our expertise and innovative approaches, we employed our highly effective “train the trainer” method to seamlessly integrate the survey system within Airbnb’s operations.
Through our “train the trainer” approach, we equipped a select group of Airbnb employees with comprehensive knowledge and training on how to effectively utilize and manage the Qualtrics survey platform. This empowered them to become proficient in administering surveys, fostering self-sufficiency within Airbnb’s internal teams and reducing their dependence on external assistance for future survey implementation.
The results of our implementation left Airbnb exceptionally happy and satisfied. Beyond the implementation itself, we assisted Airbnb in uploading contact lists.
